(July 29, Tokyo) Queen + Adam Lambert today announced an extra show in Tokyo on September 21st at Nippon Budokan due to huge public demand. The band’s previously announced shows on September 22nd and 23rd at the same venue are already sold out. The Budokan shows mark a highly anticipated return to the original site of Queen’s historic first concert in Japan in April 1975. The shows are co-presented by AEG LIVE and KYODO TOKYO.
Announcing their extra show Queen + Adam Lambert said:

In addition to the Tokyo concerts, the band will also play in Shanghai at the Mercedes-Benz Arena on September 26, which will make new history as the band’s first-ever show in China. The band is also set to perform at the second night of the F1 Grand Prix in Singapore, as well as arena shows in Taipei, Hong Kong and Bangkok.
Priced at S-class : 16,500 / A-class: 14,500 / B-class: 12,500 JPY and very limited number of SS-class: 40,000 JPY, tickets for the extra show will go on pre-sale exclusively by Ticket PIA from 4am on July 29, and generally on-sale from 10am on August 20th.
